Did you create favourite items, virtual documents, or collections in the old Manuscriptorium?
Do not worry, you will not lose your personal content when we convert to the new version!
Yet, to be able to transfer your personal content to the new Manuscriptorium automatically, it is necessary that you create an account with an e-mail address identical to that in the old Manuscriptorium:
The personal content will be transferred as of 5 November, meaning it will be part of your (old) new account in the new Manuscriptorium when you first log in after that date.
You can always access your personal content via the star icon on the top right:
You will find your old Manuscriptorium personal content in the “Collections” tab; it will be marked with a green recycling symbol and sorted according to a simple key:
- your favourite items will be assembled in an aggregate collection marked with a star;
- each collection and virtual document will correspond to one collection with an identical title.

Further Specifications
- Transferring any content created in the old Manuscriptorium will be impossible after 5 November.
- Only collection annotations will be transferred – item annotations within such collections will not be transferred for technical reasons.
- Unfortunately, due to a different way of searching, favourite queries cannot be transferred either.
